    Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 613, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, lines 8 through 14, strike Subsection E in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

          "E. The New Mexico health policy commission may accept donations or grant funds from foundations or other state and federal agencies as it deems suitable and in keeping with purposes of the commission and may deposit these donations into a revolving fund to further its statutory purposes.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
