    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 606

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "; DECLARING

AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 2, line 25, strike "issued after" and insert in lieu thereof "made after public".

     3. On page 3, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following new section:

     "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
