    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 599

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, lines 1 and 2, strike "of the commission" and insert in lieu thereof "and standards adopted pursuant to the Construction Industries Licensing Act".

     2. On page 4, line 4, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 5 and 6 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "No other political subdivision shall adopt codes, unless specifically authorized by law.",

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
