    2. On page 28, line 20, through page 30, line 4, strike Section 7.

    3. On page 35, line 4, through page 41, line 14, strike Sections 12 through 18.

    4. Renumber all sections in accordance with these amendments.

    5. On page 67, line 3, strike "19, 21, 24 and 26" and insert in lieu thereof "11, 13, 16 and 18".

    6. On page 67, line 6, strike "18, 20, 22, 23, 25 and 28" and insert in lieu thereof "10, 12, 14, 15, 17 and 20".
