AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A PART-TIME CLERK IN MORA COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for a part-time clerk for the Mora county magistrate court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
