HOUSE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 512

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "DEALERS" and insert in lieu thereof "SERVICE".

     2. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "regulate propane sales that protect consumers' rights" and insert in lieu thereof "protect consumers' rights with respect to propane service".
