HOUSE BILL 464

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 16, after "TO" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "CHANGE FROM FIVE PERCENT TO TEN PERCENT THE TOTAL".

     2. On page 2, line 17, after "Act", insert a comma.

     3. On page 2, line 21, after "bonds", insert "; provided that expenditures pursuant to this subsection shall not exceed ten percent of the total project costs".

     4. On page 2, line 24, after "district" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     5. On page 3, strike line 1 up to the ending quotation mark.

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
