has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 5, after “trustees” strike “at least fifteen days before election day”.

    2. On page 3, line 21, strike “test” and insert in lieu thereof “text”.

    3. On page 6, line 13, after “trustees” strike “at least fifteen days before election day”.

    4. On page 7, line 4, strike “test” and insert in lieu thereof “text”.,

and thence referred to the VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE.
