HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL 432

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 9, strike “public” and on line 10, strike “school’s principal or Title 9 coordinator” and insert in lieu thereof, “superintendent of the district or the head administrator of the charter school”.
