AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE BERNALILLO COUNTY OFF-RESERVATION NATIVE AMERICAN HEALTH COMMISSION TO COMPLETE AN INVENTORY OF ELIGIBLE NATIVE AMERICANS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR NATIVE AMERICANS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for the Bernalillo county off-reservation Native American health commission to identify eligible Native Americans and to complete an inventory of services available for Native Americans. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
