AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF AN ON-LINE TECHNOLOGY-BASED EDUCATION PROGRAM AT THE AFRICAN AMERICAN PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state fair commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 for the administration and operation of a supplementary on-line technology-based mathematics and science program in the African American performing arts center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
