HOUSE BILL 354

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, after "INSTITUTIONS", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 14 up to the period.

     2. On page 1, line 19, strike the subsection designation "A.".

     3. On pages 1 and 2, strike Subsection B in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
