    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 333

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon, strike the line up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "CHANGING THE WAY GRADUATION RATES ARE CALCULATED; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 8, after line 25, insert the following new section:

     "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,
