has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 3, strike "benzoylecgonine or".

     2. On page 3, line 13, after the semicolon, insert "or" and strike lines 14 through 16 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
