Amendment sponsored by Representative

    1. Strike House Business and Industry Committee Amendments 1 and 2.

    2. On page 3, line 7, after "areas", insert ", such that each of the areas is represented".

    3. On page 4, line 2, after "areas", insert ", such that each of the areas is represented".

    4. On page 4, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

         "C. All voting members of the board shall be appointed by September 30, 2009.".

    5. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

    6. On page 6, line 11, after "shall", insert "convene its first meeting no later than November 1, 2009 and shall".
