    1. On page 2, line 12, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    2. On page 2, line 15, after "purchaser", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 16 and strike line 17 up to the period.

    3. On page 3, line 4, after the subsection designation "B.", strike the remainder of the line and on line 5, strike "for sale" and insert in lieu thereof "Prior to accepting an offer to purchase".

    4. On page 3, line 5, after "shall" insert a colon.

    5. On page 3, line 6, before "request" insert the paragraph designation "(1)".

    6. On page 3, line 9, after "estimate", strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 10 through 12 and insert in lieu thereof:

    "; and

             (2) provide a copy of the assessor's response pursuant to Subsection D of this section in writing to the prospective buyer or the buyer's broker.".

    7. On page 3, line 13, after the subsection designation "C.", strike the remainder of the line and on line 14, strike "property, a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

    8. On page 3, line 16, after "levy", strike ", as shown in the listing packet" and insert in lieu thereof "immediately upon receiving it from the property seller or the seller's broker".

    9. On page 5, line 22, after "All", insert "property sellers and".
