Amendment sponsored by Representative Rhonda S. King

    1. On page 12, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(2) take the oath of office that the executive director will support the constitution of the United States and the constitution and laws of this state, and that the executive director will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of the office to the best of the executive director's ability;".

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.
