    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 135

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "PATIENTS", insert ";

DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

     2. On page 3, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new section:

     "Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
