Mr. Speaker:

    Your HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 130

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike Subsection A in its

entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following subsection:

          "A. all budget reports submitted to the federal centers for medicare and medicaid services, within thirty days of submission;".

     2. On page 4, line 7, insert the following new section:

     "Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2010.".
