has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, strike "or retailer's license".

     2. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "or retailer's license".

     3. On page 2, line 16, strike "twenty-four" and insert in lieu thereof "two" and on line 17, strike "annually" and insert in lieu thereof "monthly".

     4. On page 4, line 3, strike "or a retailer's license".

     5. On page 4, line 5, strike "or a retailer's license" and on lines 5 and 6, strike "or retail licensee".

     6. On page 6, line 13, strike "twenty-four" and insert in lieu thereof "two" and strike "annually" and insert in lieu thereof "monthly".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
