    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 100

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 22, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 23 and 24 in their entirety and strike line 25 through "whom" and insert in lieu thereof "One member of the board shall be a licensed physician; one member".

     2. On page 2, line 2, strike "two" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

     3. On page 2, line 8, strike "three" and insert in lieu thereof "five".,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
