HOUSE BILL 62

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new section:

     "Section 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2010.".,

and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE.
