AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE DENTAL HYGIENE PROGRAM AT DONA ANA COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to support the dental hygiene program at Dona Ana community college. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
