    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 39

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 20, before "planning", insert "land use" and after "process" insert ", including meetings related to land use planning,".

     2. On page 1, between lines 21 and 22, insert a new Subsection A to read:

          "A. the land grant-merced has notified the state agency that the state agency has an interest in real property located within the boundaries of the land grant-merced;".

     3. Renumber the succeeding subsections accordingly.
