has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 17, after "characteristics", insert "; provided that nothing in this subsection shall be construed to affect the trademark or copyright of an agricultural product or convey authority for trademarks or copyrights".
