    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 33

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 9, after "violence", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 10 through the comma.

     2. On page 3, line 13, strike the ending quotation mark and between lines 13 and 14, insert the following subsection:

          "C. As used in this section, "domestic violence" means one or more convictions of the Crimes Against Household Members Act or the Harassment and Stalking Act, or their equivalents in any other jurisdiction."".

     3. On page 4, line 7, after "violence", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 8 in its entirety and strike line 9 through the comma.

     4. On page 4, line 16, strike the ending quotation mark.

     5. On page 4, between lines 16 and 17, insert the following subsection:

          "C. As used in this section, "domestic violence" means one or more convictions of the Crimes Against Household Members Act or the Harassment and Stalking Act, or their equivalents in any other jurisdiction."".
