has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 20, after "An" insert "undeclared".

     2. On page 1, line 21, strike "includes water in" and insert in lieu thereof "consists of".

     3. On page 1, line 25, after "contains" insert "only".

     4. On page 2, line 5, after "of" insert "nonpotable".,

and thence referred to the ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
