has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 15 through 17, strike all the sums under the "Other State Funds" and "Federal Funds" columns and insert in lieu thereof:

     2. On page 2, line 21, strike "two hundred fifty million dollars ($250,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred million dollars ($500,000,000)".

     3. On page 2, line 23, strike "twenty-two million five hundred thousand dollars ($22,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "eleven million eight hundred eighty thousand eight hundred dollars ($11,880,800)".

     4. On page 3, line 2, strike "300,000" and insert in lieu thereof "≥225,000".

     5. On page 3, line 4, strike "commuter rail".

     6. On page 3, lines 4 and 5, strike "between Belen and Bernalillo" and insert in lieu thereof "on the rail runner corridor".

     7. On page 3, line 5, strike "575,000" and insert in lieu thereof "≥1,500,000".

     8. On page 3, line 6, strike "886" and insert in lieu thereof "800".

     9. On page 3, line 8, strike "85" and insert in lieu thereof "75".

     10. On page 3, strike line 9 in its entirety.

     11. Reletter the succeeding item accordingly.

     12. On page 3, line 10, after "alcohol-related", insert "traffic".

     13. On page 3, between lines 10 and 11, insert a new item:

     "(i) Output: Number of passengers not wearing seatbelts

                in motor vehicle fatalities           ≤184".

     14. On page 3, lines 18 through 20, strike all the sums under the "Other State Funds" column and insert in lieu thereof:

     15. On page 3, line 24, strike "eighty million dollars ($80,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty million dollars ($50,000,000)".

     17. On page 4, line 3, before "98" insert "≥".

     18. On page 4, line 4, after "pavement" insert "preservation lane" and after "miles" strike "preserved".

     19. On page 4, line 4, strike "6,400" and insert in lieu thereof "≥4,000".

     20. On page 4, lines 12 through 15, strike the sums under the "Other State Funds" column and insert in lieu thereof:

                  "26,986.9

                    6,345.2

                   15,213.2

                    6,949.9".

     21. On page 4, line 18, strike "4" and insert in lieu thereof "6".

     22. On page 4, strike line 20.

     23. Reletter the succeeding items accordingly.

     24. On page 4, line 21, strike "6" and insert in lieu thereof "9".

     25. On page 4, line 23, before "110" insert "≤".

     26. On page 4, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new item:

     "(f) Output:   Number of employee injuries     ≤100".     

     27. Revise all totals and subtotals to correspond with these amendments.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
