SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___5___ to HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 5, as amended

    1. On page 9, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new section to read:

    "Section 10. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2009.".
