has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Three million two hundred thousand dollars ($3,200,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Five million dollars ($5,000,000)".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
