    Your CONFERENCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 2, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with the following recommendation:

    1. House Transportation and Public Works Committee Amendment No. 1 be DISAPPROVED.

    2. House Appropriations and Finance Committee Amendments Nos. 1, 2 and 3 be DISAPPROVED.

    3. Senate Floor Amendment 1 be DISAPPROVED.

and that the bill be amended further as follows:

    4. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "Three million two hundred thousand dollars ($3,200,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Four million dollars ($4,000,000)".
