    Your VOTERS AND ELECTIONS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 11

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, strike line 11 and on line 12, strike "FISH" and insert in lieu thereof "RATIFYING AND APPROVING AN EASEMENT OF STATE GAME COMMISSION".

     2. On page 1, line 12, after "FOR" insert "A TERM".

     3. On page 1, line 21, strike "department of game and fish conveys" and insert in lieu thereof "state game commission intends to grant".

     4. On page 2, line 2, strike "conveyance" and insert in lieu thereof "easement".

     5. On page 2, line 15, after "the" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 16 and strike line 17 through "consideration" and insert in lieu thereof "state game commission has granted the lessee access to the easement for a term of ninety-nine years for a one-time consideration of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)".

     6. On page 3, line 9, strike "department of game and fish" and insert in lieu thereof "state game commission".

     7. On page 3, line 15, strike "director of game and fish" and insert in lieu thereof "chair of the state game commission".

     8. On page 3, line 16, strike "chairman of the board" and insert in lieu thereof "business manager".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
