has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon and strike the remainder of line 5 and strike line 6 in its entirety.

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike "a" and strike "inequity" and insert in lieu thereof "variances".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
