SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 466 appropriates $409,000 from the general fund to the Aging and Long-Term
Services Department (ALTSD) for the operation and maintenance of a regional Adult Day Care
Center in the Pueblo of Santa Clara. Any unexpended balance remaining at the end of FY09 shall
revert to the general fund.

$750,000. This appropriation level will be insufficient to address the need for operating costs
