committees of the NM Legislature. The LFC does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of these reports

if they are used for other purposes.

Adobe PDF versions include all attachments, whereas HTML versions may not. Previously issued FIRs and

attachments may be obtained from the LFC in Suite 101 of the State Capitol Building North.

Synopsis of HAFC Amendment

The House Appropriations and Finance Committee amendment increases total general fund

appropriations by $13,975.7 to various state agencies for various purposes.

Synopsis of Original Bill

Senate Finance Committee Substitute for Senate Bill 165 appropriates $7,000.7 from the general

fund to various state agencies for various purposes for expenditure in fiscal year 2009.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

Balances remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund. All are

recurring costs to the general fund.

RELATIONSHIP

This bill relates to recurring appropriations in the General Appropriation Act that fund state

government agencies.
