Valencia High School.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
PED notes:
This legislation will also support and encourage new music/performing arts talent from the
multi-cultural communities in New Mexico. The arts make unique contributions to education,
culture and society. New Mexico students, teachers, parents and community members would
benefit from a multi-cultural education program that would support recognition and celebration
of the diversity of learning opportunities through movement, dance and culture in New Mexico.
