Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 425 appropriates $225.0 from the general fund to the Public Education Department
for after-school learning centers in the Mountainair Public Schools.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $225.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the
general fund.
