nine million dollars ($9,000,000) to plan, design, renovate, construct and equip the New
Mexico farm and ranch heritage museum, including information technology and related
equipment, furniture and infrastructure, exhibits, a rural life center, the Tortugas kitchen, a
special events arena and the main gallery, in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
to the department of environment
BLANCO MDWC & MSWA INFRA
five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct infrastructure for the
water transmission system for the Blanco mutual domestic water consumers and mutual
sewage works association in San Juan county
NORTH STAR MDWCA INFRA IMPROVE
four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct infrastructure
improvements to the water transmission and distribution system for North Star mutual
domestic water consumers association in San Juan county
SAN JUAN CO LEE ACRES WWATER SYS IMPROVE
thirty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($37,500) to plan improvements to the wastewater
system in the Lee Acres area of San Juan county
AZTEC WATER SYS CONTRUCT
five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and purchase a water
system, including water tank, transmission line, land and rights of way, in Aztec in San Juan
county

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design, construct and purchase infrastructure for the
east Aztec arterial route in Aztec in San Juan county
NORTH FRONTIER STREET IMPROVE-BLOOMFIELD
four hundred thirty thousand dollars ($430,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,
including drainage, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and upgrades to water and wastewater lines, to

construct and renovate a regional adult residential treatment center in Shiprock for the

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to La

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to equip and furnish a law enforcement center in San Juan
