one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($135,000) to purchase, plan and construct

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase and equip a vehicle for the Bluewater Acres

domestic water users association in Cibola county

CUBERO LAND GRANT WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM

five hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($575,000) to plan, design and construct a

wastewater collection and treatment system for the Cubero land grant in Cibola county;

provided that the appropriation is contingent upon the community land grant-merced

complying with the provisions of Chapter 49, Article 1 NMSA 1978 and the Audit Act
