four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct infrastructure

improvements to the water transmission and distribution system for North Star mutual

domestic water consumers association in San Juan county

SOUTHSIDE MDWA TREATMENT UNIT CONSTRUCT

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to design and construct a treatment unit for the

Southside mutual domestic water association in San Juan county

AZTEC WATER SYS CONTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct and purchase a water

system, including water tank, transmission line, land and rights of way, in Aztec in San Juan

county

BLOOMFIELD N 1ST ST/NORTH HEIGHTS WATER/WASTEWATER

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the

water and wastewater systems on north First street and the North Heights area in Bloomfield

in San Juan county

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct a wastewater system in Flora

including drainage, curbs, gutters, sidewalks and upgrades to water and wastewater lines, to
