  SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 565

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 8, line 18, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof ". In addition, upon conviction, an offender may be required to".

    2. On page 8, line 23, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof ". The offender shall pay".
