    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE

          SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 551

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 18, after "possession", strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 19 and 20 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

"a copy of the restrictions imposed by the state transportation commission pursuant to Section 66-7-415 NMSA 1978 regarding the size and weight of vehicles operated on a highway under the jurisdiction of that commission.".

    2. On page 5, line 22, after the comma, insert "freight trailer or utility".

    3. On page 5, line 24, strike "the field" and insert in lieu thereof "an agricultural area that lies within New Mexico or within New Mexico and in an adjacent state".
