SENATE BILL 532

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 20, after "safeguards", insert a comma.

    2. On page 3, line 2, strike "and".

    3. On page 3, line 4, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".

    4. On page 3, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following new paragraph:

                  "(d) so that the goals and policies of the comprehensive plan are implemented; or".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
