    2. On page 2, line 7, after "New Mexico", insert ", that occurred prior to July 1, 2008,".

    3. On page 7, line 10, strike "processor" and insert in lieu thereof "severer".

    4. On page 7, line 13, strike "severer" and insert in lieu thereof "processor".

    5. On page 8, lines 6 through 23, strike Section 10 in its entirety.

    6. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
