AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A REGIONAL ADULT DAYCARE CENTER IN THE PUEBLO OF SANTA CLARA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred nine thousand dollars ($409,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the aging and long-term services department for operation and maintenance of a regional adult daycare center in the Pueblo of Santa Clara. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2009 shall revert to the general fund.
