    1. On page 1, line 13, after "PENALTIES" strike the line up to the period.

    2. On page 1, line 22, after "aluminum" insert "or stainless steel".

    3. On page 9, lines 6 through 11, strike Section 12 in its entirety and renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
