has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows: 

     1. On page 1, line 14, strike "2008" and insert in lieu thereof "2009".

     2. On page 3, line 1, strike "not exceed" and insert in lieu thereof "be".

     3. On page 3, line 8, strike "2008" and insert in lieu thereof "2009".

     4. On page 5, line 23, strike "2009" and insert in lieu thereof "2010".,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
