    2. On page 3, lines 13 through 15, strike Subsection B in its entirety.

    3. On page 3, line 23, strike "increase" and insert in lieu thereof "fee".

    4. On page 3, line 25, strike "increase" and insert in lieu thereof "fee".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
