    1. On page 155, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following new section:

    "Section 439. TAOS COUNTY WEST RIM ROAD IMPROVEMENTS--CHANGE ESTIMATED COST--LOCAL GOVERNMENT TRANSPORTATION FUND.--To correct an erroneous estimate for the department of transportation project in Subsection 104 of Section 4 of Chapter 3 of Laws 2007 (1st S.S.), the correct amount of the estimate is three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000).".

    2. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
