    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 334

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, after "FOR", insert "SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES IN CIBOLA AND MCKINLEY COUNTIES AND A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR".

    2. On page 1, line 17, strike "department of health" and insert in lieu thereof "human services department" and strike "a" at the end of the line. 

    3. On page 1, line 18, strike "treatment facility" and insert in lieu thereof "services" and after "Cibola", strike the remainder of the line.

    4. On page 1, strike line 19 up to "McKinley" and insert in lieu thereof "and" and strike "county" and insert in lieu thereof "counties and to conduct a feasibility study for an appropriate substance abuse treatment facility in Cibola county".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
